This year, we are proud to partner with Poolside Pride. Held at the Brimming Heart where we got our start, the Bandee Pakshee is on hand in full force! Located just behind the stage, we're offering cool drinks, festival faire, and a little extra for the adventurous or amorous festival goer. Try our Rainbow Curry Challenge, offered during Pride and Holi! Those who can work their way through the diversity of our rainbow will be rewarded! Or join Priestess Eliza Blanchimont as she offers couples and 'cules the chance to pronounce their love before the Star in her commitment ceremonies.
All Bandee Pakshee business ventures, from Eliza's Frozen Moon Spiritual Healing, to Andromeda's Golden Cage Courtesans, to our purveyors of food from Rheya's Lotus Bar and Grille and Rixy's Verdant Fine Dining are led by queer voices, displaying our commitment to representation, community, and inclusivity.

A Thavnairian-style cheeseburger made with lamb patties spiced with ginger, garlic, masala and cumin, topped with fried paneer. Forget ketchup and mustard, this comes with mint coriander chuttney! Served with naan chips.
Look, we have a lot of sapphics and needed to provide tacos. Bandee Pakshee brings tandoori-cooked lamb, fish, or dodo to the instant favorite food. Sauces range from mild to volcano in spiciness.
Pakshee Street Tacos
Large, delicious dodo wings coated in red chilies, cumin and coriander and served with a sweet chili sauce. Bone in or boneless by request.

Don't let the smell fool you, these pickles brined with gysahl greens to add a bolder flavor! Served with a spicy smooth dipping sauce.
A Forgotten Springs secret! Three skewers of sandworm, naoples and desert herbs served on a bed of saffron rice. We add our own touches seasoning the skewers with coriander and turmeric.
Curried Miqo'bobs
A basket of Thavnairian dough stuffed with your choice of lamb or aldgoat, steamed to a delicate perfection and then lightly sautéed before serving.

Dumplings of sweet Hannish cheeses and pastry soaked in syrup until the sugary mix permeates the soft spheres!
A sweet cheese pastry that's rumored to be a Meracydian answer to cheesecake! Made with phyllo pastry and soft white cheese, it can be ordered with dates or rolanberries.

A small dish of the denser and creamer cousin to Eorzean ice cream! Provided by Lavender Moon Creamery in any of our Lassi flavors.

The signature drink of Pakshee's owner. Like Rommie, this drink is purple, delicious and will knock you flat on your ass. We think there's blue curacao in it, we assume that's pineapple juice, and we know there's an ice shard. Not sure beyond that. Very alcoholic.

Pride is a perfect time to experiment with the signature dish of the Bandee Pakshee: curry. Using food coloring and particular vegetables like vibrant peppers or purple popotos, we've created a six-colors curry plate, getting spicier from purple up to red.
Roll to handle the increasing heat as you eat your way through the rainbow. 200+ for purple, 300+ for blue, 500+ for green, 600+ for yellow, 800+ for orange, and finally 900+ for red. Get increasing rewards! Campfires at blue, Lakshmi trinkets at yellow, and one of our grand prizes if you manage to beat the red curry!

Frozen Moon Commitment Ceremony
At it's core, Pride is a celebration of love, both commonplace and extraordinary. For this purpose, Bandee Pakshee turns to our resident Priestess Eliza Blanchimont and her practice, Frozen Moon Spiritual Healing, to help festivalgoers pronounce that love to the Star.
While Eliza is entitled and empowered as a Priestess of Menphina to perform eternal bondings and other ceremonies of blessed union, the commitment ceremonies on offer at Poolside Pride are more public statements of love to be made under the rainbow banner. Consider booking her for your actual wedding as well!
