General Rules
The Golden Rule: Don't Be a Dick
Honestly, when it comes down to it, the central rule of the Pakshee is just being respectful to others, and bringing kindness and compassion to our spaces.
Bandee Pakshee is an 18+ Community
Both in and out of character, Bandee Pakshee expects those participating in our content to be over the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or 18, whichever is greater.
Bigoted Language is Prohibited
Sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, fascism or other inflammatory behaviors. When in doubt, use discretion.
No Stalking or Harassment
This really, really should go without saying, but please respect the boundaries of others in the Pakshee community. Failure to do so will not be tolerated.
No Incitement
Deliberately provoking another member to break rules is, for the Bandee Pakshee community, a rules violation in and of itself.
Management Will Handle It
If things get heated, call on management. It is not on individual members to enforce rules or resolve heated disputes. Contact management, and step away for a bit.
Member Rules
Client Confidentiality is a Must
Especially in-character, interactions with guests should be seen as confidential. This is important as Pakshee offers medical, therapeutic, and intimate services.
Courtesans Are More than ERP Alts
Pakshee expects its courtesan RPers to be engaged in and out of the bedroom. This is essential to our philosophy. General staff are never expected to ERP.
Notify Management of Hiatuses
Members who for one reason or another must go on hiatus are expected to notify Management. We'll try to leave the light on, but reserve the right to dismiss without prejudice if an undeclared absence lasts over 90 days.
No Adult Services in the Public Sphere
Bandee Pakshee prohibits adult services during our general audience events. Further, outside of private rooms or special events, we require adult services to be done in party chat or in direct tells, not in an open discussion.
Pakshee Isn't an Alt Parking Lot
We love having alts in the FC, but ask that any alts beyond two who mechanically join the FC be matched with providing a room as a public space, be that a courtesan suite or a general space to rest and relax.
Pakshee Loves Outside Contractors
Mechanical membership in the FC is not required to be a Pakshee employee, but is encouraged if possible.
Guest Rules
Courtesans May Charge Actual Gil
Pakshee courtesans are permitted to charge actual gil for services. This is to compensate for the time they commit to a client. Clients are expected to be understanding of this.
Courtesans Have the Right to End a Scene
Courtesan comfort with roleplay is our highest priority. If a client oversteps a courtesan's comfort zone, they have the right to end a scene.
Combat is Prohibited
Pakshee is a combat-free zone. We ask that guests check their weapons with the ananta at the front desk. In-character, the estate is warded to prevent acts of aggression.
