Lotus Lounge Bar and Grille
The main feature of our open nights, Sunahirī-śāma, is the menu of Hannish delights on offer.
The Lotus Lounge, the basement and stage of the Bandee Pakshee, provides a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere to enjoy food and drink with friends, companions, and Pakshee's songbirds alike both for these open nights and as an event space available for bookings. Concerts, wedding receptions, and more are well-suited to the Lotus Lounge. Our menu is hand-crafted by head chef Rixia, and features both Thavnairian standards as well as Thavnairian fusion dishes suitable for all appetites, as hot or as mild as you need.
We use premium ingredients, both sourced from Thavnair itself and locally-grown in Rixia's greenhouse.

Naan
Unni Appam
Eight small, delicious spheres of banana bread baked golden brown and dusted in sesame seeds.
A Footfalls-style starter consisting of cactuar pods roasted over oblong dough and topped with cheese, tomato and cilantro.
Roasted Nopale Guarache
A small stack of Thavnairian-styled flatbread. Sides like Pakshee's humus or raisins and honey are available upon request.
Hannish Roasted Chickpeas
Bhuna Dodo Wings
Large, delicious dodo wings coated in red chilies, cumin and coriander and served with a sweet chili sauce.
A basket of spicy, crispy roasted Hannish chickpeas. They make a great snack, salad topping or appetizer.

Songbird Signature Curry
Classic Thavnairian curry served with rice. Your choice of succulently prepared meat or paneer, bathed in our house spices and served to your tolerance level.
If spice tolerance is something you're not really concerned with, try our hottest option, the Hellfire Curry. Not for the faint-hearted, it contains peppers hot enough to make a chocobo fly. We roast your chosen meat in tandoori spice for extra kick.
Hellfire Plate
A Thavnairian-style cheeseburger made with lamb patties spiced with ginger, garlic, masala and cumin, topped with fried paneer. Forget ketchup and mustard, this comes with mint coriander chuttney! Served with naan chips.
Dal Makhani
Shani Paneer
Also known as Paneer Butter Masala, Shani Paneer is Thavnarian cottage cheese chunks served in a cashew and tomato gravy, garnished with kasuri methi and cream and served over ghee rice.
A selection of eastern greenery sauteed in a puree of garlic, ginger and peppers and thickened with yogurt. Served on steamed rice.
Creamy Vegetable Korma
A creamy curry made with slow-cooked lentils and a dash of kasuri methi. This vegetarian dish is served over fluffy basmati rice and Pakshee butter naan.
Egg Biryani

Thavnairian dough stuffed with your choice of lamb or aldgoat, steamed to a delicate perfection and then lightly sautéed before serving.
Popotos browned to perfection and cooked with sautéed onions in our Hellfire spice. Mixed with diced ruby tomato and garnished with fresh herbs.
Aloo Phujia
A yoghurt sauce cooked with full spices, Basmati rice, a dash of mint, ghee-fried onions, tomatoes, and boiled eggs, cooked to a delicious and delicate golden.
Lamb Kufta
Tandoori Sandworm
Thanalan-Thavnair fusion! Ground spiced sandworm marinated in curry, masala and other spices, mixed with diced peppers and served on a bed of fresh naan.
A Forgotten Springs secret! Three skewers of sandworm, naoples and desert herbs served on a bed of saffron rice. We add our own touches seasoning the skewers with coriander and turmeric.
Curried Miqo'bobs
Mutton, onion and parsley browned together, layered with popotos and tomatoes before being bakes again. Served in a stew with cauliflower and chickpeas.

Kanafeh
A sweet cheese pastry that's rumored to be a Meracydian answer to cheesecake! Made with phyllo pastry and soft white cheese, it can be ordered with dates or rolanberries.
A Hannish favorite! Delicious balls of chickpea flour, sugar and ghee roasted until golden brown.
Laddoos
A small dish of the denser and creamer cousin to Eorzean ice cream! Provided by Lavender Moon Creamery in any of our Lassi flavors.

The "Bandee Pudding"! A semolina-based dessert flavored with orange blossoms, vanilla and rose, topped with a syrup of honey and Aqua del Sol.
Dumplings of sweet Hannish cheeses and pastry soaked in syrup until the sugary mix permeates the soft spheres!

Qishr
A near-eastern ginger coffee, spiced and dusted with cinnamon. Can be served with cream.
The classical Thavnairian spiced tea, made by boiling black tea in milk with aromatic herbs and spices.

An effervescent mix of sassafras, sarsaparilla, licorice, molasses and other flavors developed by Pakshee partner Atelier Iris. For those who want a cold, stout drink that won't intoxicate and will taste divine.
A Thanalan take on a New World classic! Sagolii sabotender juice chilled and enriched with mint and honey.

A slightly different kind of hard lassi, Bhang draws its potency and its flavor from Pakshee-grown moko.

Masala chai tea, eggwhite, lime, syrup and a lot of vodka take a simple tea and make it boozy.

Bad Apple
Spiced apple cider, rye whiskey and lemon juice, with Faerie Apple slices for garnish.
A drink, as in alcoholic, that consists of lemon, triple sec and vodka with a garnish of lemon and a sugar-rimmed glass. We Hope you enjoy it.

The Madame Herself™
The signature drink of Pakshee's owner. Like Rommie, this drink is purple, delicious and will knock you flat on your ass. We think there's blue curacao in it, we assume that's pineapple juice, and we know there's an ice shard. Not sure beyond that.
Madames Themselves not prepared by Rommie may become the equally potent but prone to smoking Red or Blue Ceruleum Fizz. Still worth the price, and the following disclaimer.
